About / Trust & freshness
Every answer needs a version and a source.
Player instructions lead with the useful action. Version badges and this page carry the technical evidence, so internal names and storage details never interrupt the guide itself.
Source hierarchy
What we trust first
Official store and patch notes
These define the game’s public terminology, supported platforms, feature claims, and documented patch behavior.
Official marketing rarely documents every control or eligibility rule, so it cannot answer every player problem alone.
Current packaged game data
This confirms content groups, plant names, listed traits, tutorial coverage, task families, orders, and request records for the inspected Steam build.
Packaged data can include unused or future content. A record is not treated as player-visible until the guide has enough supporting evidence.
Visible in-game behavior
Interface flows and troubleshooting steps are checked against what a player can actually do.
Input method, language, patch, and platform can change the exact prompt.
Community reports
Player discussions help identify friction and possible solutions.
A report stays labeled as community evidence until it is independently confirmed.
Technical provenance
What was checked for phase one
33 plant records are published in the current verified subset. The local content check also found 42 order scenarios, 85 request-clue or request-rule entries, 18 tutorial phases, and 26 achievements.
These counts are editorial coverage notes, not gameplay totals or promises of usable content. No extracted textures, models, fonts, icons, or audio are redistributed by this site.
How to read a claim
Four evidence labels, four different promises
| Label | What it means | Where it belongs |
|---|---|---|
| Official | Published by Fireline Games in store copy or patch notes. | Version changes, supported features, and public terminology. |
| Current game data | Present in the inspected Steam build and rewritten into player language. | Plant tags, content families, and interface capabilities. |
| In-game verified | Confirmed through the visible player flow. | Exact actions, buttons, states, and troubleshooting. |
| Community report | Reported by players but not yet confirmed strongly enough as fact. | Clearly labeled workarounds and open issues only. |
Version scope
Which copy of the game these guides describe
| Platform | Guide status | What to do if it differs |
|---|---|---|
| Steam | Primary baseline: English Patch 1.0.3, checked Aug 10, 2026. | Report the page and the conflicting journal text. |
| Console and Xbox on PC | Officially supported platforms, but gameplay parity is not yet verified here. | Follow the prompts and journal in your installed version first. |
Intentionally unknown
What the guide will not guess
When those values are verified, they will be versioned in structured data and then added to player pages.
Coverage log
What changed in this guide pass
