Know the two flows
External orders and walk-in requests are not the same task
For an external order, prepare the full quantity
Open the order manager, read every condition, and reserve enough matching plants before confirming.
If the confirmation control is absent, use the troubleshooting checklist rather than repeatedly reopening the panel.
For a customer request, solve the clue
Listen for a species, appearance, size, or trait clue, then compare it with the journal.
Photo and drawing requests can point to a particular plant. When the clue is visual, confirm the journal entry instead of using only the trait matcher.
Read the clue correctly
Use the right tool for the kind of request

Requests can be deliberately indirect
The current game includes clues about pets, dark rooms, hanging plants, succulents, leaf color, photos, drawings, and specific species. When the wording is a riddle, solve the clue first; do not force it into the size-and-trait matcher.
