Select only the size and traits written on the order. The matcher keeps plants that satisfy every choice, so you can stop checking the journal one entry at a time.

Build a shortlist for the order
Choose only the conditions shown by the order. Results must satisfy every selected condition.
Remove one condition and compare again. If the order still has no match, check its wording in the in-game journal and confirm you are on the same patch.

Use the shortlist in three steps
Copy the order conditions exactly
Select the size and each named trait. Leave anything unmentioned unchecked.
A descriptive customer clue may need the journal rather than a literal trait filter.
Open a matching plant
Check its detail page, then confirm the same traits in your in-game journal.
Do this especially for variants or if your platform is not Steam.
Prepare the full quantity
Grow and reserve enough matching plants, then return to the order manager to submit.
If submission is still blocked, run the order troubleshooting checklist.
